Stampin' Up! Embossed Christmas Star!

Hi!  Tonight I wanted to share a quick card with you.  I love how this one turned out!  Midnight Muse and Silver really compliment one another.  I embossed the Christmas Star stamp, then scored it to give it some dimension.  I used Stampin' Dimensionals to raise it off the paper.  Isn't the Pretty Printed Embossing Folder used for the background beautiful?

Loving the Expressions Thinlits Dies... Thankful!

Hi!  Today I was able to go to my Stampin' Up! Team meeting.  These meetings are so inspirational and fun!  One of the things that we all love to do at any Stampin' Up! event is swap.  We usually just make a ton of one card design and swap them out with each other.  That way, we come home with lots of different samples to share with our own customers and friends.  Here's the swap that I designed.  It was pretty simple, but of course, all of my cards are!  Did you realize?  There is not any stamping on it!

  I simply used crumb cake card stock, Soho Subway Designer Series Paper, the Woodgrain embossing folder, Victoria Ribbon, Very Vintage Designer Buttons, Linen thread and of course the Expressions Thinlits Dies cut out of Cajun Craze cardstock (my favorite fall color!)
