Stampin' Ups Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit

I just love the Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit from the Spring Catalog.  I wanted to highlight some of the products from the kit on a simple card.  I combined it with the Designer Series Paper from the Sent with Love Promotion that is currently going on.

 Of course, I had to add one of the flower trim flowers to the center of the paper flowers.  It needed just a little something else...

Last Day of Stampin' Up! Sale-a-bration!

Emboss Resist Technique with Swallowtail

Honestly when I first saw the Swallowtail stamp from the Stampin' Up! spring catalog it wasn't my favorite....until I played with it.  Then, I loved it!  Here's my latest creation with it.

I stamped the image on Whisper White with Versamark and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  Then I went back over it with sponge daubers inked in Summer Starfruit, Pool Party and Midnight Muse. I adhered it to a piece of Midnight Muse paper, tied some of the Midnight Muse ribbon around it and used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it on Summer Starfruit paper which had been run through the Big Shot with the Honeycomb embossing folder.  Last, I stamped the sentiment using the Made for You Stamp Set and punched it out with the Word Window punch.  I love how it came out!  My club ladies did too.

Gumball Machine Punch Art

I've recently started a punch art class and it has been so much fun for both my customers and me. Here's a card that we made last month.

I used the cupcake punch as the base for the machine and the designer series paper stacks for the circles.  Isn't it fun?  Remember gumball machines?  Searching for a quarter?
