The Paper Players Challenge #53

Today's the day! The brand spanking new 2011-2012 Stampin' Up! catalog is here! I'm so excited! Here's a card that I made for The Paper Players Challenge #53. It's the first time that I've done this challenge, I loved the sketch and had to try it. I also thought that it would be a great way to show off the new Flirtatious Specialty DSP (love it!).... The pic isn't the best as I had to use my husbands iphone, lol.

June Stamp Club Cards

Hello,

We are having so much fun with our stamp club! Saturday we met and we made 2 cards. One of the ladies who was at club is getting married and we had a great time helping her with her goodie bags, invites and all sorts of other wedding goodies for her wedding. Working together, we got lots of things done in no time! Of course, food and friends always helps!

Our technique for the month was using Stamp n write markers....

Here are the two cards that we made.... The first of course was a Father's Day Card. Father's Day was extra special this year because it was my husbands first one! Happy Father's Day Babe!

Male Thanks Card

Hi All,

I just wanted to share a quick card that I made for a couple of the guys at work. They interned with us for 6 weeks, and we just wanted to say thanks to them. I work at Georgetown University, so we wanted to use the school colors (Navy and Gray).

This is what I came up with...

All Supplies Stampin' Up!
Cardstock: Whisper White, Night of Navy, Basic Gray
Punches: 1 1/4" circle, 1 3/8" circle, 1 3/4" circle
Embossing Folders: square lattice, perfect polka dots
Stamps: Swirls & Curls Verses, A to Z
Ribbon: 5/8" Satin Basic Gray
Accessories: Metallic Brads, Clips assortment
